Network Solutionist will NOT sell or abuse your information in any way, shape or form. Services purchased from Network Solutionist must be used within 1 year or they will expire.

Satisfaction Guarantee for Services
Network Solutionist guarantees that users of its services will receive full value for their money. While in most cases this means solving the user's problem, there may be instances in which the problem is not resolved. In such cases Network Solutionist shall use all reasonable efforts to reach an acceptable result for the user. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Network Solutionist and will be based on whether or not the user received value from using Network Solutionist services.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Network Solutionist be liable to any person for any special, general, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including, without limitation, those resulting from negligent or criminal acts of third parties, loss of use, loss of data, lost profits, or computer hardware damage, in connection with any of its services, the Network Solutionist website (including all information, services, and products that are referenced or linked to in the Network Solutionist website), or any other information, documents, products, software, downloads, repair services, advice, and information provided by Network Solutionist or any of its third-party product or service providers, whether such person is advised of the possibility of such damages.

Right of Refusal
Network Solutionist reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any of its services to any user in its sole discretion, without notice. Reasons for refusing service include, but are not limited to: using computer system fraudulently, illegally, or for propagating libelous or otherwise defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing or threatening material.

Expiration of Time / Services
Network Solutionist reserves the right to expire any unused time or services that remain on users account after a period of one year from date of purchase.

Force Majeure
In the event Network Solutionist’s delivery of the Services is delayed, prevented, or otherwise made impracticable by reason, such as fires, floods, earthquakes, or other natural catastrophes; national emergencies, strikes, lockouts or other labor difficulties; computer "hacking" attack or computer virus; any law, order, regulation or other action of any governing authority; power outages, technical equipment failures, or any other cause beyond Network Solutionist’s reasonable control, then Network Solutionist shall be excused from such delivery to the extent that it is delayed or prevented by such cause.
