NetworkSolutionist.net will NOT sell or abuse your information in any way, shape or form. Services purchased from NetworkSolutionist.net must be used within 1 year or they will expire. We will treat you the way we would like to be treated.

Satisfaction Guarantee for Services
NetworkSolutionist.net guarantees that users of its services will receive full value for their money. While in most cases this means solving the user's problem, there may be instances in which the problem is not resolved. In such cases NetworkSolutionist.net shall use all reasonable efforts to reach an acceptable result for the user. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of NetworkSolutionist.net and will be based on whether or not the user received value from using NetworkSolutionist.net services.

Expiration of Time / Services
NetworkSolutionist.net reserves the right to expire any unused time or services that remain on users account after a period of one year from date of purchase.

Force Majeure
In the event NetworkSolutionist.net’s delivery of the Services is delayed, prevented, or otherwise made impracticable by reason, such as fires, floods, earthquakes, or other natural catastrophes; national emergencies, strikes, lockouts or other labor difficulties; computer "hacking" attack or computer virus; any law, order, regulation or other action of any governing authority; power outages, technical equipment failures, or any other cause beyond NetworkSolutionist.net’s reasonable control, then NetworkSolutionist.net  shall be excused from such delivery to the extent that it is delayed or prevented by such cause.
